Order Handling
Every order we receive is processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package has been dispatched, complete with a tracking number that allows you to monitor its progress in real time.
Delivery Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within:
- The United States (contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia)
- Canada (all provinces and territories)
At this time we are unable to deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, US territories such as Puerto Rico or Guam, or any international destination outside the US and Canada.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is completely free on all orders. There are no minimum purchase amounts and no surprise charges at checkout.
Carrier Partners & Transit Time
To provide the best balance of speed and reliability, we work with multiple carriers. Depending on your location and the size of your package, your shipment may be handled by USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL within the United States, and by Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator for deliveries in Canada.
After your parcel leaves our warehouse, typical delivery estimates are:
- United States: 3 – 5 business days
- Canada: 5 – 7 business days
Please remember that these delivery windows are estimates. Factors such as severe weather, peak holiday volumes, and customs processing (for Canada) can occasionally add extra time. We always provide a tracking link so you can stay informed.
Taxes & Customs
Prices throughout the site are shown in US dollars (USD) . Any applicable state or provincial sales tax will be calculated during checkout based on your shipping address. For Canadian orders, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes that may be imposed by local authorities. We suggest contacting your local customs office for additional details.
